Mruttika 2015 to be held in Bhubaneswar from 2nd November

The annual Terracotta Fair, ‘Mruttika’ will kick off in Bhubaneswar on 2nd November and continue till 8th November, according to a press release by the Directorate of Handicrafts & Cottage Industries today. The ‘Mruttika 2015’ exhibition will be held at Unit 3 Exhibition Ground in Bhubaneswar.

The exhibition will be inaugurated by Minister for Textiles, Handloom and Handicrafts,  Snehangini Chhuria. She will be the Chief Guest. Commissioner-cum-Secretary of the Department Chithra Arumugam will be the Guest of Honour.

The annual Terracotta Fair is organised by the Directorate of Handicrafts & Cottage Industries every year to provide a platform to artisans/SHGs/Co-operative Societies to showcase and sell their products. Artisans from various districts of Odisha take part in the Fair.
