Nabin Nanda hails Baijayant Panda for his efforts for Party
ONI Bureau: A day after a couple of TV channels and some portals claimed that he made a u-turn in his fight against the system and left BJD MP Baijayant Panda in the lurch, former Dhenkanal MLA Nabin Nanda hailed the former for showing courage and putting all his efforts to strengthen the party.
While commenting on yesterday’s meeting between BJD President Naveen Patnaik and Nabin Nanda, Baijayant Panda tweeted, “I’m happy to learn that my leader and party President has summoned and heard some of our party colleagues who had expressed the same concerns that I had, in the interest of the party and our state”.

Nabin Nanda responded saying, “For the interest of party your efforts will be fruitful in near future I hope!”.

Nabin Nanda, who has been upset the way party is functioning in Dhenkanal district, was seen at various key events in Dhenkanal district in the recent months. He also made a statement, saying all is not well within the party and many leaders and cadres are drifting away.
The CM tried to do a patch-up work with him, probably not to pacify him but to clip Jay Panda’s wings. However, it seems that Nabin Nanda still firmly stands behind Jay Panda in his fight against the “messy system” in the party.
