Nandankanan Zoo celebrates 57th Foundation Day

The Nandankanan Biological Park is celebrating its 57th foundation day today with wonderful decorations and colourful lights.

Earlier, On August this year the Zoo celebrated the World Elephants Day.

Nandankanan Zoological Park was dedicated to the public on 29 December 1960, is one of the finest parks in the country. Most of the animals, birds and reptiles are living in open habitat close to their natural one.

A bus-ride to the Lion Safari and and ride in the toy train has stayed the most attractive part of the visit to the place.
