Naveen announces support to NDA Candidate in RS Dy Chairman Election 

ONI Bureau: Putting all rumours and speculations into rest, Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik announced BJD’s support to NDA Candidate Harivansh Narayan Singh for the Rajya Sabha deputy chairman post.

Earlier, BJP President Amit Shah, PM Narendra Modi and Home Minister Rajnath Singh had talks with Naveen Patnaik, seeking support for JD(U) MP Harivansh Narayan Singh.

The Opposition has fielded Congress MP BK Hariprasad for the Rajya Sabha Dy Chairman election. The election will be held on Thursday.
