Naveen Patnaik introduces a series of awards and incentives under the 5T Mantra

After the start of the 5T mantra by IAS officer and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s Private Secretary V Karthikeya Pandian, the Odisha Political and bureaucratic system has been undergoing a complete change for the betterment of the people.

In an intention to develop the quality of healthcare, the state govt has yet again announced a series of incentives under its 5T initiative which will include rewards of Rs 10 lakh cash to foreign junkets for doctors and paramedical professionals in public sector based on their performance and feedback.

As per the report issued by the chief minister’s office, a list of awards and incentives specifically- CM’s Award for Excellence in Public Service, Career Award, NQAS Bonus, travel package on LTC, appreciation certification- will be awarded to bring about rational competitiveness amongst the numerous healthcare facilities in the state.
