NESCO Engineer arrested while taking bribe

The Executive Engineer of NESCO, Joda electrical division, Deepak Kumar Sahu was arrested by Vigilance officials of Keonjhar district on Tuesday while allegedly taking bribe of Rs 30,000.

He had demanded bribe from Sri Sangram Keshari Das, owner of Jyoshna Electrical Appliances to approve a project.

Vigilance officials conducted a raid on the house of Sahu. Accused Sri Sahu was caught red handed and arrested.

The bribe money of Rs.30,000 was recovered from the possession of Sahu and has been seized.
