No Power Cuts during this Summer Season in Odisha, says Energy Minister

The State Energy Minister Pranab Prakash Das on Tuesday informed that the Odisha government has decided not to go for power cuts during this summer season.

It is to be noted that the State has received normal rains during the current year which has resulted in adequate stock in the water reservoirs of the hydro-electricity projects.

While replying to a question of BJD member Debashis Nayak, the Energy Minister cleared it in the State Assembly.
