Odia BSF Jawan Pitabas Majhi martyred during aftermath of Uri Attacks

Odia BSF Jawan Pitabasa Majhi of Danojhala village under Komana police limits of Nuapada district, who was injured during combing operation aftermath Uri Attacks died at the Army Hospital in Srinagar on Saturday.

Pitabasa’s body was brought to Danojhala in a special vehicle from Raipur to the Bhubaneswar Airport. Last rites of Odia Jawan completed at Nuapada with full state honours on Sunday.

Pitabas Majhi was just 30. His wife, who is expecting a child, was waiting for his return during Durga Puja holidays.
