Odias in Delhi celebrate ‘Boita Bandana Utsav’
ONI Bureau: Prabasi Odia Paribar and ‘Odia Pua’ celebrated Boito Bondana or Boat Festival on the occasion of Kartik Purnima today in New Delhi.
