Odisha Asks Devotees Not To Visit Puri During Kartik Month

As the COVID 19 situation continues to remain grim in the country, Odisha has asked the devotees not to visit Puri during the month of Kartik.

During Kartik month, elderly devotees also known as ‘Habisialis’ visit Puri to observe ‘Brata.’ This year, however, the administration has requested devotees to refrain from visiting the town.

The Puri Jagannath temple continues to remain shut.
