Odisha CM announces sops for Anganwadi Workers & Helpers

ONI Bureau:  Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Saturday announced hike in salary for Anganwadi workers, mini Anganwadi workers and helpers.

As per report, monthly salary of Anganwadi workers increased to Rs 7,500 from Rs 6,000.

Similarly, monthly honorarium of mini- Anganwadi workers has been hiked to Rs 5,375 from Rs 4,125.

Meantime, helpers will get Rs 3,750 against Rs 3,000 per month earlier.

Reportedly, the hike will be effective from October 1, 2018.
