Odisha CM approves ‘Sudaksya’ Yojana to empower Women and Girls

Insight Bureau:  Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Friday approved ‘Sudaksya’ Yojna for women and girls to pursue technical education courses.

The scheme aims to enroll around 5000 girls in Government ITIs in the State by the end of 2017-18.

The girls who have cleared their matriculation are eligible to take admission in the ITIs. It aims to financially empower women and girls.
