Odisha CM dedicates 34 Wayside Amenity Centres to Public

ONI Bureau: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday dedicated 34 complete wayside amenity centres to the public across the State through video conferencing.

Constructed at Rs 1.10 crore, each, the amenity centres along the National Highways (NHs), State Highways (SHs) and other major roads have the facilities of food, safe drinking water, toilets and cafeteria for travellers.

Most of the centres were constructed using green technology, however solar-power system has been installed for electricity purposes.
