Odisha CM directs Vigilance probe into Sting on 4 BJD MLAs

Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today ordered a Vigilance probe into the alleged bribe demand by the four ruling BJD MLAs, who were exposed in a sting operation in their respective areas on Monday.

The legislators who were caught in the sting operation, included Seemarani Nayak (Hindol), Sushant Kumar Behera (Chhendipada), Bijay Nayak (Karanjia) and Anama Naik (Bhawanipatna).

The Chief Minister’s Office said that, the Chief Minister has taken the issue seriously and directed the State Vigilance to probe into the matter.
