Odisha CM inaugurates 41 Parvati Giri Mega Lift Irrigation Projects

ONI Bureau: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik inaugurated 41 Parvati Giri Mega Lift Irrigation projects through video conference from the State Secretariat in Bhubaneswar today.

The nine districts includes Nabarangpur, Gajapati, Kalahandi, Bargarh, Balangir, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Boudh and Subarnapur districts, aiming at irrigation of 54,000 hectares of agricultural land in the State.

As per report, the total project cost is Rs 1172 crore. As many as farmers of 392 villages of 9 districts will get benefit from this project.
