Odisha to get a Large Coal Block for Commercial Mining

Union minister for Power and Coal Piyush Goyal, who met Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik at Odisha Bhavan in New Delhi yesterday, has assured him that Odisha would get a large coal block for commercial mining, which would help the industrial sector in the state. Out of the nine coal blocks earmarked for auction in Odisha so far, only one has been earmarked for the non-regulated sector.
