Odisha Government to auction 7 Mines by August

Steel and Mines Minister Prafulla Mallick said on Tuesday that the Odisha government would auction of 7 mines in the State by August.

Among the mines, a bauxite mine in Koraput district would also be auctioned. Vedanta is likely to participate in the bidding process.

Steel and Mines Minister said that, he would participate in the Mining Ministers’ meeting at Jaipur, Rajasthan on May 27, where he will discuss the mine auction issues.
