Odisha Govt begins Admission Process for Sardar Rajas Medical College Students

medical counselingBhubaneswar, Dec 16: Odisha government on Tuesday began the admission process for 124 students of Sardar Rajas Medical College in Kalahandi district.

Officials said the process of admission of 124 medical students of the college would continue for two days and admission will be done as per the ranking of All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT). Students are asked to complete the registration on the website of District Medical Education and Training (DMET). Following the directive of Orissa High Court the DMET officials issued notification for registration on Friday.

The admission process will being on December 22 and complete on December 23.

As per reports, out of total 124 medical students, 55 students would be relocated in MKCG Medical College and Hospital in Berhampur and 54 to Veer Surendra Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research in Burla. Remaing 15 students would be relocated in private colleges such as KIIMS, Hi Tech Medical College and Institute of Medical Science and Sum Hospital in Bhubaneswar.
