Odisha Govt finalizes modalities for regularization of Gana Sikshaks

A day after hundreds of Gana Sikhyakas staged dharna and gheraoed the official houses of six Ministers in the Capital city demanding regularisation of their jobs, the School and Mass Education Minister Debi Prasad Mishra Wednesday informed that the modalities for permanent recruitment of teachers have been finalized and will be sent to the government for approval.

Mishra announced this after the conclusion of a meeting chaired by Finance Minister Pradeep Amat. Chief Secretary Aditya Prasad Padhi and Development Commissioner R Balakrishnan were also present on the meeting.
