Odisha Govt hikes bus fare following increase in Fuel price

ONI Bureau:  The Odisha Government on Tuesday increased the bus fares in the state under the automatic mechanism following the increase of fuel price.

As per the information, ordinary bus fare raised from 65 paise per km to 67 paise per km, Express bus fare raised from 68 paise per km to 70 paise per km.

Likewise, Deluxe bus fare has been increased from 91 paise per km to 95 paise per km and AC deluxe bus fare from Rs 1.13 to Rs 1.17 respectively.

This is for the second time this year that bus fares have been hiked for all categories.
