Odisha Govt put on hold Revised Toll Fee

Odisha government announced to put on hold collection of revised toll fees and the hiked toll charges are not being collected which has announced to increase from today.

The State Private Bus Owners’ Association Secretary Debendra Kumar Sahu on Wednesday said that, the private bus services in the State are operating normally as before.

According to a transport department notification, the toll plaza officials would collect two-third of the fee from passengers and the rest from the owner.

It is to be noted that, the private bus owners, protested against the notification and threatened to stop plying their vehicles through these gates if the notification is implemented.
