Odisha Govt to provide free Smartphones to all Women SHGs

ONI Bureau:  In a bid to make women digitally empowered in Odisha, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today announced to provide smartphones free of cost to all women Self Help Groups (SHGs) under the Mission Shakti programme.

During a session on women entrepreneurship at the Make in Odisha conclave today, the CM made this announcement.

The move will benefit around 70 lakh women associated with over 6 Lakh Mission Shakti Groups.
