Odisha MLA Anubhav Patanaik speaks at #IAAH2017

Insight News Desk: BJD MLA from Khandapada, Anubhav Patnaik attended The International Association for Adolescent Health (IAAH) in New Delhi and spoke on the steps taken by Odisha Govt to preserve the adolescent.

“Politicians rarely listen to adolescents because they don’t vote, but they are the future of India,” he said. He further added that Odisha is working in partnership with UNICEF to create child-friendly constituencies so that no child is left behind.

“Life skill education programme for adolescents by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) help bring down child marriage in Odisha”, he added.
