Odisha MP AV Swamy collapses in Parliament; rushed to Hospital

ONI Bureau: Rajya Sabha MP from Odisha, AV Swamy collapsed at the Parliament premises today and rushed to RML Hospital in New Delhi immediately.

Although he suffered minor head injuries, his condition is said to be stable. The reason of his collapse is not yet known. However, he has been a Diabetic for long.

Av Swamy, a leading Social Activist, was elected to the Upper House from Odisha in 2012 with the support of ruling BJD and other parties. His term expires in April 2018.
