Odisha MSME Trade Fair to begin on 8th January

Mr. Jogendra Behra, Cabinet Minister, MSME and Mr Panchanan Das, Secy MSME Dept held a press meet in Bhubaneswar to announce the commencement of Odisha MSME Trade Fair, which will begin on 8th January and continue till 14th January at the Exhibition Ground, Unit-lll, Bhubaneswar.

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will inaugurate the event. The upcoming MSME Trade fair is the third edition of the series. It aims at providing an enabling platform for the micro and small entrepreneurs to explore new market and modern technologies. It will also help in building a link between small and large scale industries.

At this fair, the MSME Dept will also update the entrepreneurs about credit facilities through banks and different agencies. It is proposed to have around 250 stalls including industries, banks and promotional agencies.

Food processing will be the main focus of this event. Different seminars have also been scheduled everyday during the fair. 15 large industries, 220 MSES, 16 public sector banks, 14 technology service providers will participate in the Trade Fair.
