Odisha Police to take OSL Chief Mahima Mishra on remand from Jan 1 to 4

Paradip Police to take OSL MD MahimaMishra on remand from January 1 to January 4 in connection with the murder of Mahindra Swain, General Manager of Seaways Shipping and Logistics Private Limited (SSPL).

Earlier Police today morning said that the four-day remand of Mahimananda Mishra which was scheduled to begin from today, was put on hold on health grounds.

The Kujang Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Court rejected the bail plea of Mishra and Basant Bal on Tuesday and the accused were sent to jail custody.
