Odisha RTI Activist’s Murder: Prime Accused Arrested

The Crime Branch of Odisha has arrested Kartika Pani, the prime accused in the murder of a farmer and RTI activist Krupasindhu Sahu (40) of Nachhigan village of Krushnaprasad Panchayat under Niali police station in Cuttack district. Kartika’s mother, sister and nephew were arrested earlier.

Krupasindhu Sahu was murdered on January 26 after he sought information under RTI about the money and fertilizer utilized in the plantation of paddy saplings.
