Odisha seeks early release of Postage Stamp on Paika Bidroha

ONI Bureau:  The State Government on Monday urged the Union Government for early release of a commemorative postage stamp on the occasion of bi-centenary celebration of historic Paika Rebellion (Paika Bidroha).

In a letter to Union Minister of Communications Manoj Sinha, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik sought urgent measures for the release of the postage stamp as the State Government is planning to celebrate the historic day in a grand manner.
