Odisha slips 4 Places; 7th to 11th on ‘Ease of Doing Business’ Ranking

In the Ease of Doing Business report issued by the Government of India on Monday, Odisha has ranked 11th position among all states. It has slipped four places as compared to its ranking released in September 2015.

Odisha secured 11th position with 92.73% as compared to its 7th position released last year with a score of 52.12 points.

Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have jointly topped the ease of doing business ranking. Gujarat has slipped to the third position this time.

The rankings, announced by the Commerce and Industry Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Monday. This covers the period from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016.
