Odisha: Train services disrupted as overhead electric wires snap

ONI Bureau:  Train services were disrupted in various places in Odisha as the overhead electric wires between railway lines snapped.

As per report, the railway lines between Rayagada to Koraput disrupted as power cable from train lines falls near Liliguma station.

Likewise, Hirakhand Express halted at Sikarapai in Rayagada district, Visakhapatnam-Koraput DEMU halted at Tikiri station, Rourkela Express halted at Bhalumuska, respectively.

According to sources, technicians have reached the spot and repair work is currently underway.
