One Succumbs to Injuries In Bhubaneswar Petrol Pump Blast

One person, who was injured in the Bhubaneswar Petrol pump blast succumbed to his injuries on Thursday. He was undergoing treatment at SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack.

The deceased has been identified as Satya Nayak from Ganjam district. Satya had received 60 per cent burn injuries and severe head injury in the petrol pump explosion and fire yesterday.

He was one of the two critical patients who were referred to SCB Hospital from Capital Hospital in Bhubaneswar.

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has announced free treatment for the injured.
