Orientation Programme begins at IIM-Sambalpur

Sambalpur, Sep 23: Newly set up Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Sambalpur held orientation programme today for the first batch of students. The premier institution held the programme at its temporary campus Silicon Institute of Technology here.  Classes at IIM-Sambalpur will be starting from Thursday.

According to reports, 49 out of 60 allotted seated have been filled up and remain would be filled up by next month. Development Commissioner UN Behera held a high-level meeting at Secretariat in Bhubaneswar over the functioning of the newly formed institute the other day. The orientation and date to start classes were decided in the meeting in the presence of many top officials.
