OTV MD Deposes Before OSPCR In Minor Gangrape Case

OTV MD Jagi Mangat Panda deposed before the Odisha State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (OSPCR) in a case related to alleged rape of a minor. Jagi Mangat Panda appeared through video conferencing.

The Crime Branch late on Sunday had arrested four persons in the case, including two employees of OTV and two security guards.

The victim’s mother had earlier filed a complaint against the four accused, who are now arrested.
