OUAT Student Death: Odisha Police arrest accused Driver

Khandagiri Police on Tuesday arrested accused driver, Maheshwar Behera who had allegedly hit a OUAT girl student on Saturday night.

Maheshwar Behera, who was identified as driver of former Speaker of Odisha Assembly, Kishore Mohanty had hit Suchismita Biswal who was pursuing MCA under the Centre for Post-Graduate Studies (CPGS) which is functioning under Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology.

Demanding arrest of the driver and CBI probe into the incident, the agitating OUAT students had staged a road blockade at Siripur Square on Monday morning.
