Petition filed in Delhi HC over delay in Bijepur by-poll date announcement
ONI Bureau: A writ Petition was filed in Delhi High Court today against Election Commission of India over delay in Bijepur by-poll date announcement.
The court today fixed January 22 as the date of hearing of the petition filed by petitioner Kanak Foundation & ANR.
Earlier on Thursday ECI announced the polling schedule for three northeastern states – Tripura, Meghalaya, and Nagaland.
