Plus II Exams in Odisha to begin from March 6

ONI Bureau:  The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) will conduct the State Plus II examinations-2018 from March 6 till 29.

The class 12 annul examinations will be held for various streams including Arts, Science, Commerce, Vocational and Distance Education courses.

The examinations will be held in more than 1,000 centres in Odisha with a total of 3,65,826 students will appear the examination.

Following allegations of Matric question papers going viral on the social media, CHSE earlier issued a directive tightening norms on entry of mobile phones into the centres during the Plus-II examinations.

As per the instruction, only superintendents will be allowed to carry mobile phones inside the exam centres and the examination centre officials, teachers, employees, squad members and the candidates will not be allowed inside the campus with mobiles.
