PM Modi’s Travel Itinerary during Odisha Visit

ONI Bureau:  Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Odisha on December 24 during which he will announce projects worth over Rs 14,500 crore for Odisha.

PM Modi will arrive in Bhubaneswar Airport at around 1.05 pm on December 24. He will move straight to IIT-Bhubaneswar by road, and dedicate the IIT campus to public.

Later, he will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate several other development projects during his stay in Odisha. Besides, he will attend a programme near the historic Barunei Hills in Khurda, address a rally and return to New Delhi at 4 PM.

Security arrangements have been tightened for the PM’s visit. As many as 30 platoons of police force and 150 officers will be deployed to ensure security during Modi’s visit.

Farmer’s body Naba Nirman Krushak Sangathan (NNKS) would try to meet and submit a memorandum to Prime Minister Modi during his visit to the state on Monday demanding a security allowance of Rs 5000 per month for all the 36 lakh farmers.
