Police of 3 states working on missing AIIMS Student in Bhubaneswar

ONI Bureau:  The Police of three States including Odisha, Jammu and Kashmir and West Bengal have started investigations into the missing of the lone Kashmiri student in AIIMS, Bhubaneswar, who has gone missing from the hostel under mysterious circumstances since February 9.

Suhail Aijaz, 19, a resident of Kupwara district in J&K pursing MBBS at the institute since 2016, left his hostel on February 9. The phone has been switched off since then and his ATM card also had not been used after February 9.

It is to be noted that Suhail’s friends informed the authorities that he was going to Chandigarh with his friends to attend a wedding and would be back on February 17 and the authorities had filed a missing complaint on February 18, Commissioner of Police YB Khurania informed. Earlier the NIA and IB officials have started investigations into Suhail’s mysterious disappearance.
