Police raid Mahaima Mishra’s House in BBSR over Paradip Murder case

mahaima-mishraThe Paradip Police on Wednesday conducted raids at the house of Odisha Stevedores Limited (OSL) Chief Mahima Mishra at Baramunda in Bhubaneswar.

The raids have been conducted at the presence of Jagatsinghpur SP Jayanarayan Pankaj. Police claimed that they got enough evidence against Mishra.

However, Mishra filed a petition before the Orissa High Court appealing for anticipatory bail.

Mahima Mishra is accused in the Seaways Shipping and Logistics Private Limited (SSPL) General Manager Mahendra Swain murder case. Swain was shot dead in Paradip on October 26.

Earlier, raids are carried out at his farm house in in Cuttack, Hotel Empire in Bhubaneswar and his house in Cuttack. His gun licence along with his son’s was cancelled.
