Prasad Harichandan to continue as OPCC President till 2019 Polls

ONI Bureau:  The Odisha PCC Discipline Committee Chairperson Sandhya Rani Mohapatra today informed that Prasad Harichandan will continue as Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) President till 2019 elections as the President of the All India Congress Committee (AICC) Rahul Gandhi is not in favour of change of guard now.

Earlier Prasad Harichandan has sent the resignation letter to Rahul Gandhi owning moral responsibility for Bijepur debacle.
