Puri’s Last Devadasi Sashimani Devi dies at 92

Last Devadasi of Puri Jagannath Temple, Sashimani Devi died at the age of 92. She had been Only two days ago, she had an ankle fracture six years ago and was bed-ridden since then. She thanked and blessed Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder, KIIT & KISS for his financial assistance to her over the last 6 years.

Dr. Samanta had been giving financial assistance of Rs. 10,000/- per month to Sashimani Devi and had also provided Rs 50,000/- for her treatment.
