Rain Lashes Several Parts Of Odisha

Just when the weather had gotten little warm and people had packed their winter clothing back, the weather played trick once again putting normal life out of track. Gusty wind along with heavy rain lashed the city throwing normal life out of gear.

Prior to the heavy rain, India Meteorological Department (IMD) had released ‘yellow warning’ alert along with thunderstorm and lightning for several parts of Odisha.

According to IMD, a cyclonic circulation has formed over West Bengal to Bangladesh. Owing which Odisha will experience heavy downpour in several areas.

The districts of Balasore, Kandhamal, Nayagarh, Cuttack, Khurda, Balasore, Kendrapara, Jajpur, Bhadrak and Sundergarh will experience rainfall till March 7.
