Reliance Infra moves Appellate Tribunal against OERC

The Reliance Infra, which manages three power distribution companies (discoms) – Southco, Wesco and Nesco, has moved the appellate tribunal against the order of Odisha Electricity Regulatory Commission (OERC), which cancelled the licenses of its these companies last week. The Tribunal, however, has refused to give any interim relief to the ADAG company. Next hearing of the case has been scheduled for March 24.
