Rs 12,790 cr Additional Appropriation Bill passed in Odisha Assembly

ONI Bureau:  Odisha Assembly on Monday passed the Additional Rs 12790 crore-Odisha Appropriation Bill, 2018. The Additional budget will be utilized for the development of various infrastructure.

While Finance Minister Shashi Bhushan Behera , introduced the Bill for passing, opposition staged walkout during discussions on the bill.

The Additional Appropriation Bill’s value is estimated to be nearly 10% of the total budget.
