Savitri Bhuyan meets CM in Gangabada; airs her Grievances

ONI Bureau:  Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik yesterday had paid a visit to the Gangabada panchayat in Gajapati District, met with villagers and announced Rs 10 lakh assistance each to the next of the kin of the persons who died in Cyclone Titli-related incidents.

Without any fear a lady named Savitri Bhuyan have talked with the CM for ten minutes and narrated problems of her village during CM’s visit to Gangabada.

Savitri said that though the villagers have faced the same problems during the extremely severe cyclonic storm Phailin and Hudhud neither the district administration nor any member of legislative assembly listened their problems.

The Chief Minister that much inspired with the voice of that lady that before take-off from Gangabada, the CM asked “Call that lady again” and he discussed about their sufferings.
