SC grants two weeks time to Orissa High Court Bar Association

Insight Bureau: The Supreme Court on Monday granted two weeks time to Orissa High Court Bar Association to file its reply in connection with the alleged incident of CBI officers entering into the house of a sitting High Court judge Justice CR Dash for raid on September 19.

Protesting against the incident the Orissa High Court bar association has filed a PIL in High Court seeking action against the CBI officials who entered the judge’s house.

Earlier, the Bar Association has prayed for four weeks time to file its reply in the matter.
