SEC gears up for Final Phase of Panchayat Polls

The State Election Commission (SEC) has made all the arrangements to ensure peaceful, free and fair conduct for the fifth and final phase Panchayat Polls going to be held on Tuesday.

Around 44,50,893 voters will cast their vote tomorrow for the election of 11,073 Sarpanch and 16,148 Samiti Member posts in 149 Zilla Parishad (ZP) zones in 26 districts excluding Malkangiri, Boudh, Angul and Jharsuguda, informed by SEC Secretary Rabindranath Sahu.
