Senior BJP Leader Dilip Ray to boycott ‘Vikas Utsav’ in Rourkela

The State BJP is set to celebrate completion of two years of NDA government as ‘Vikas Utsav’ in Rourkela while the senior BJP party leader and Rourkela MLA Dilip Ray has decided to boycott the occasion.

During the first visit of Narendra Singh Tomar to Rourkela in February last year, Ray met and discussed on IGH to convert it to a super specialty hospital but the work which should have been completed in 2 months is yet to be completed even after 14 months.

Union Minister of Steel and Mines Narendra Singh Tomar and three other Ministers, including Sundargarh MP Jual Oram, Dharmendra Pradhan and Thawar Chand Gehlot, are likely to address the Vikas Utsav in Rourkela on June 6.
