Shoe Attack on CM: Padampur IIC says Accused has no political links

 ONI Bureau:  The major turning point began over shoe attack on Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik as Padampur IIC Joshabant Pradhani on Wednesday informed to media persons that the accused has no political links and is a mentally challenged.

Earlier, on Tuesday night Padampur SDPO, Laxmi Narayan Panda informed that the arrested miscreant has admitted to the police that he was instigated by Bijepur by-poll BJP candidate Ashok Panigrahy and two other persons of Budhapali village to do so.

It is to be noted that two chappals were hurled onto dais while the Chief Minister was addressing a public meeting at Kumbhari in Barpali on Tuesday.
