Sikhya Sahayaks put agitation on hold for 1 month

ONI Bureau:  The agitating Sikhya Sahayaks (SS) put their agitation on hold for one month after the Odisha Government assured them to meet four out of their seven charters of demands.

Sikhya Sahayaks will be regularized after 6 years in-service. As per the development, the Sikhya Sahayaks teachers who were appointed before 6 years will now be regularized. They will get 25% pay hike as per recommendations of 7th Pay Commission, the Mass Education Minister Badrinarayan Patra informed today.
